While these packages include a set base cost including time, labour & furnishings, I am happy to discuss a budget that is accessible to you. I can also be contracted by the hour to provide design guidance and support.

Labour includes design, sourcing, and all painting, upcycling, install, and basic tiling and woodwork.

interior design & styling

  • – an initial consult in your space to discuss room needs and possibilities.

    1-hour $50

  • – redesign a space from top to bottom including furniture, décor, and minor renos (paint, wall installation, custom pieces, handle/knob replacement, new light fixtures and faucets).

    Includes a space mapping consult, design and mood board, sourcing of home furnishings, minor installations, styling and staging, and a reveal briefing.

    Base Cost – 1 Room $1,500

    Declutter & Style Package Base Cost – 1 Room $1,800

  • – bring new life into a space by swapping out some furniture and décor pieces and adding some personality and functionality.

    Includes a space mapping consult, mood board, sourcing of home furnishings, upcycling, staging and reveal briefing.

    I love to specialize in spaces for unique styles and needs. This means curating spaces for special sensory needs and special interests, curating spaces friendly to home pets, curating culturally-grounded spaces, curating intimate spaces for those seeking sensual desire and play. Or, anything else you’re looking for!

decluttering & organizing

  • – a consult in your space to discuss room needs and organization plan.

    1-hour $50

  • – if you don’t need or want to be a part of the decluttering and organization process, I can take over. This can be as small as tackling a pantry or as big as rethinking your space as a whole.

    Includes the process of decluttering items into categories, a categorized organizational system, organizing solutions, staging and reveal briefing.  

    Base Cost – 1 Room $500

  • – letting go of items can be difficult and organizing can be overwhelming, especially when there’s a lot of it. Inspired by the methods of Marie Kondo and the Home Edit, I like to bring intention and personalization to the process of decluttering.

    Base Cost – 1 Room $750

    Includes a gentle and supportive guided process of decluttering personal items into categories, a categorized organizational system, organizing solutions, and staging.     

    This can be particularly healing after a loss, breakup or life transition. It can also be helpful for those with ADHD or other neurodivergences who require a more intentional approach to their spaces.

rental conceptualizing

    1.5 hours $80

  • – overhaul or set-up a short-term rental property from top to bottom, to create the best functioning and most interesting space for your visitors. Creating an intentional and unique space can increase your rental potential and help you stand out in the competitive short-term rental market.

    Includes a space mapping consult, design and mood board, sourcing of home furnishings, minor installations, styling and staging, and a reveal briefing.

  • – tidy up and stage a space by getting things in order, shifting the room for optimal functionality, and making it look put together for hosting, events, or just because you need the help.

    Includes space tidying utilizing existing solutions, spatial reorganizing and basic staging.
